Yearbooks have arrived! Pre-purchased Yearbooks were delivered to teachers cubby's today so be on the lookout for yours. Good news! If you did not pre-order a yearbook and would like to, you will be able to purchase them tomorrow, Wednesday, May 31st after school. Conway PTA will be having a table in front of the school. Each yearbook will be $20 each. Exact change is greatly appreciated. **While supplies last** If you purchase a yearbook, please write your child's name inside.

We are so excited for all our community members who are interested in taking a leadership position to benefit our students educational journey at Conway, and we need YOUR help appointing them as leaders for the 2023-2024. Ceremony times are as follows: Thursday, May 25th, 2023 Kinder 8:20 am - 9:20 am 3rd Grade 10:00 am - 11:00 am Friday, May 26th, 2023 2nd Grade 9:00 am - 10:00 am 4th Grade 10:00 am - 11:00 am 5th Grade 11:00 am - 12:00 pm 1st Grade 1:00 pm - 2:00 pm ** ALL families of 5th grade students who will NOT be staying at Conway for 6th grade are encouraged to attend the 5th grade award ceremony**

Reminder! This Thursday, May 25th is our annual Celebration of Learning. We are so excited for you all to see Conway's efforts in Growing A Better World. We encourage students to come dressed to impress. Food and drinks will be available for purchase just in case you are not able to make/have dinner prior to the event. Conway Academy Band Concert. May 19th, 2023 in the MPR. 3rd & 4th Grade - 8:30 am to 9:00 am. 5th & 6th Grade - 10:15 am to 10:45 am. TK to 2nd Grade - 12:00 pm to 12:30 pm. Band Parents are welcomed! This will be the last day of band, instruments and books need to be returned after the concert.

This has now become an EPIC tradition at Conway. Help us keep this tradition alive! Here is what you can do to help ... - Purchase $10 gift cards to area businesses (Starbucks, Jamba Juice, Panera, Target, Walmart etc) - Turn cards in to the front office, NOT the classroom teacher. - Drop off a $10 gift card by Thursday, May 11th to hang on the tree for our wonderful teachers to be treated to a special treat. Important reminders: Please only give $10 cards. It is very hard for us to use anything over $10 to be fair. This event and our Cookie Walk in December are two EPIC traditions we hope to continue but we need your support. Let’s show them how much we appreciate them. Thank you for your support! There are eligibility criteria and we anticipate more interest than space available, so a lottery will be performed.
